Irish artist Ashling Bell, Dublin

I am an Irish based artist born in Co. Durham, I have spent more than 30 years living in and loving Dublin.

A new learning curve for me. Exploration of portraiture in detail, trying to capture precise facial features,eyes and hair colour, while keeping to my style of painting.

All my life I have had two passions, Painting and Gardening. I rekindled my love for art last year and my paint brushes have not left the canvas since. I have always had an artistic flair, from designing knitwear patterns to interior design. My inspiration comes from my everyday surroundings. Love painting with oils and from my own photographs, still life, photorealism is my forte.

My goal is to rediscover and develop my portfolio. Feel free to take a peek!
