Breege Haughey Art (Download The Catalogue)

I went to Art College in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal from 1987-1991 where I did a foundation course and specialised in Graphic Design, which I practised in London for 8 years. I then returned to Donegal where I began painting in oils again while raising my 3 daughters. In September I opened The Wild Atlantic Gallery in Donegal Town, a lovely bright space with loads of character. I love landscapes, portraits and stone buildings. The ever changing light in Donegal and how it falls on objects fascinates me and also the nostalgia from my imaginative childhood.
