English artist Carol Wood, England and Roscommon

(From Romford, Essex, England). I have always been creative with an interest in drawing and painting. When I moved to Boyle Ireland, this lead to a re-awakening of the creativity within me and progressed to my study for a BA in Art and Design at G.M.I.T Castlebar. My work is semi abstract and abstract. Solo exhibitions include Solas Gallery, Ballinamore and Hyde Bridge Gallery Sligo. Group exhibitions include (Open/Local BAF)Co Roscommon, The Dock Co. Leitrim, The Higher Bridges Gallery, Co Fermanagh and Abbey Walk Gallery UK, (commendation).
