French artist Claire Buckley, Wicklow and France

Easel in one hand, canvas in the other, Claire can often be seen across the countryside in search of her next landscape.

The artist, originally from France, is now settled in the Wicklow Hills, where she has spent years exploring the Garden of Ireland. Claire's oil paintings are a gateway to the heart of Wicklow. She paints in the open air, where her connection to nature becomes integral to the work.

Claire's art can be found in private collections in Ireland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy and America.
