Irish artist Elaine Cowley, Dublin and Meath

Elaine has a B.Ed from the National College of Art and Design with a major in painting. She was born in Dublin but resides now in County Meath. Much of her artwork focuses on the landscapes and seascapes of the Wild Atlantic Way where she takes every opportunity to explore the beauty that County Clare has to offer.
