Irish artist Gillian Hennessy, Kildare

As you can see from the attached images my main medium used for working is oils. I have completed 2 years CERT course with NCAD and studied at the National Gallery classes over a period of time which I have found to be a great help in advice from current practicing Irish artists. I work in Dublin during the week and spend my weekends in Lismore, Co Waterford painting commissions and taking photos of local farm life (much in demand) and bribe my friends to pose for me for figurative paintings. I have exhibited at the RDS and fairs and currently am exhibiting at the heritage centre in lovely Lismore, Co Waterford.
