Tom Campbell, Scotland and Cork, Scottish Artist

I am originally from the town of Dumfries in Scotland but have been based in Cork since 2001. I work in a fairly free and spontaneous manner and believe that art is not a luxury item but a necessity for society, art is for all. My paintings are normally of faces - faces of people, clowns, aliens, mainly happy, sometimes sad but hopefully always engaging. Over the last few years I have been lucky enough to have exhibited in Ireland, Italy, France ,Catalonia and UK, and my dream is to get my work hanging in homes all across the globe. Besides painting I am involved in community art projects, performance, circus, music, poetry and lots more, enough to keep me busy pretty much most of the time. Thanks for taking the time to view my work. I hope you enjoyed it. and you can find more at ......
