Irish artist Hazel Revington-Cross, Westmeath

I am a self taught artist born in Co.Westmeath. From as far back as I can remember I loved to draw and paint and spent hours as a child, lost in myself with my little box of chalks, drawing match stick men and butterflies. Today I still loose myself when I paint. The medium has changed to oils but the feeling of complete tranquility remains the same. Since launching my art in 2009, my work has found it's way into many private collections both here in Ireland, across Europe and as far away as Antigua and South Africa. In 2010 I opened 'The Garden Gallery' with a friend in Co.Westmeath, now re-named 'Purple Raven Art' which I continue to put heart and soul into on a daily basis.
