Russian artist Irina Kuksova, Russia and Dublin

Russian-born artist Irina Kuksova has been telling stories through drawings and paintings since age 4. Her strong artistic sense was reinforced by a visit to Italy in 2000 where she was inspired to learn Italian and complete a degree in Fine Art from Brera Academy of Fine Art in Milan. After making Ireland her home in 2009, she started working for the Irish Film Industry and private clients all over the world.

Irina specializes in classic and vintage cars, portraits and Irish seascape paintings. Her favorite medium is acrylics, the best medium for painting finest details, which are an intrinsic part of her artwork. "Whether it is a portrait of a person or an automobile, or the moody Irish seashore, every little detail has something special to tell about its subject" says Irina.

Some of Irina's artwork is available as Limited Edition Giclee Prints and she posts worldwide.

She also holds weekly Art Classes in Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
